How BusinessSuiteX is organised
The platform consists of a protected core application and optional modules and plugins.
- The core contains authentication, licensing, settings, notifications, permissions and the extension manager.
- Modules add major business areas such as CRM, HRM, accounting, inventory, warehouse management, POS or recruitment.
- Plugins add smaller capabilities such as SMS providers, QR codes, payment gateways or specialised reports.
- Roles and permissions determine what each user can view or change.
Only install extensions obtained from BusinessSuiteX or a trusted authorised seller. Third-party modifications can affect updates, security and support eligibility.
