Removing or disabling an extension
Disable an extension before uninstalling it. Review the extension's documentation to determine whether uninstalling removes its database tables or stored files.
Export important module data first. When troubleshooting, disable one extension at a time and record the result. Do not delete extension folders while the extension remains registered as active.
