Activating your license
Enter the license key supplied by BusinessSuiteX, or the purchase code supplied through Envato, during installation or under Administration → License.
The activation request may include the purchase code, product edition, registered email, installation URL and application version. This data is used to validate the purchase, prevent unauthorised use and show the correct update and support entitlement.
Activation problems
Confirm that:
- the key was copied without extra spaces;
- the server can make outbound HTTPS requests;
- the installation URL is correct;
- the key is not still attached to an old live domain;
- the purchase has not been refunded, reversed or revoked.
Do not publish your complete license key in screenshots or public messages.
