Moving a license to another domain
Deactivate the old installation before activating the new production domain. Create a complete backup before migration.
A temporary staging domain may require a separate staging flag or authorised staging hostname. Do not operate two live production installations with one single-installation license.
When the old server is no longer accessible, create a licensing ticket and include the purchase reference, old domain and new domain. Never include hosting passwords or private keys.
